Shipping and Returns Policy

 

All stocked items ordered will be shipped the next day. For orders placed on public holidays and weekends, these will be shipped on the first working day back. 

 

Custom orders will be advised at the time of placing the order the estimated shipping time. This can vary at peak times, though usually orders are completed within three weeks. 

 

All orders are tracked and the tracking number will be emailed when item is dispatched. 

 

Domestic orders within Australia have two options,

1. Standard post. $10

2. Express post, flate rate $25.

 

International orders

1.Flat rate standard post, $25.

2. If Import taxes occur they are to be paid by the client upon arrival to the destination county and are  not the responsibility of Amanda Lyn. 

Quotes can be provided for express. 

 

Returns

If you wish to return an item please email us at info@amandalyn.com.au

All items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. 

All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.

No refund or exchange on sale items.

No cancellations on Custom Orders that have been placed.

No refund or exchange on custom orders unless they are faulty.

We will process your return when the returned items arrive back, have been inspected and deemed to be in their original condition.

Amanda Lyn is not liable for damage to goods that occur in transit.

Return shipping is at the the cost of the customer unless the item is deemed incorrect or faulty.
